If you purchase a product directly from our website www.irishartplus.com, your card information is not held by us, it is collected by our third-party payment processors, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions. Any card information entrusted to us as a method of payment for telephone purchases is destroyed immediately following the successful processing of each transaction. The Merchant’s card receipt will however be retained securely by Irish Art Plus for just as long as is necessary to satisfy business needs. It will then be securely disposed of in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard.  Irish Art Plus are PCI DSS compliant.

We may transfer your personal information to a third party in the following circumstances:
